Mourners gathered over the past few days at a local school in West Virginia to pay respects to Sarah.

Both they had been fulfilling duties with the state guard as part of the president’s federal initiative to support policing efforts in DC.

She carried herself with inner fortitude, a contagious smile and a optimistic attitude that inspired people around her,” Jarrod Hankins, the principal of Beckstrom’s previous school, stated to the press. “She was sweet, caring and always ready to assist people.”

Service plans for Sarah are still being arranged.

Law enforcement have indicted a 29-year-old suspect with one count of homicide and two counts of violent assault while armed.

The event led the administration to halt asylum applications and cease issuing visas to possessors of passports from Afghanistan.

The airman, a native of Martinsburg, started his military career in early 2019 and is a graduate of his local high school, per the news agency.
